Starting July 1, 2019 Helix Rural Fire Department has joined into an IGA with East Umatilla County Fire, Athena City Fire, and East Umatilla Ambulance - Medic 400 to create EAST UMATILLA FIRE & RESCUE. This allows our small communities to work together to serve our communities with better service and faster response. We are very excited to be moving forward with our local communities.
